10th of January, in Olite, means the beginning of our company, with the formation of the first Rural Saving Bank Raiffeisen Sistem, for saving and lending, with 70 local associates, with the goal of buying fertilizer and offering loans. Victoriano Flamarique.
The main hall didn´t allow their meetings, which were held in Santa Maria. The Raiffeisen system, establishes limited responsibility for the partners. To get money from the wealthy at a 3% annual, and 5% annual for more than 2.000 pesetas; and lending to the ones in more need at a 5%.
That same year, more cooperatives are created, Artajona, Mendigorría (4 y 25 November) y Larraga (24 December); and Falces (11 May), Berbinzana (8 October), Corella (11 November).

The Diocesan Counselling is created, having the priest Antonio Yoldi as the responsible of organizing the project, that allows local areas - districts- and provincial.

To dynamize the seminar of Progress for Navarre is created, owned by the Diocesan Counselling, directed by Antonio Yoldi and edited by the printing office that he acquired in Estella -Lizaso-. He is the real propagandist that after only one and a half year, you can count 57 trade unions for 250 villages - 5.600 members-, 130 Rural Saving Banks for 346 villages - 14 families.

In April, the Bishop wrote a letter which would be later published in the Ecclesiastical Bulletin the 10th, aiming to solve the problems with trade unions, workers, and catholic groups trying to get to dialogue, especially between the rich and the poor. Encourages them to come together and this would constitute later, the Diocesan Counselling. Honor President, bishop Fray José López de Mendoza, executive president, Vizconde Val de Erro.
22 of April, the debate, about the "Reglament", wrote by the priest Victoriano flamarique, starts and is discussed by an Assembly. it would be approved the same day, but there is a couple of days before the deadline, so it can be revised and corrected. They also agree on creating a Federation
23rd of June. The bylaws are signed under the effect of the Trade Union laws, by the Viscount de Val de Erro and Eustaquio Echave Sustaeta.
12 July. Its approved
23rd July. Its legally constituted with 96 entities of which 92 where CR, 3 agrarian trade union-Estella, Larraga y Olite- and one on the Catholic Circle -Villafranca-. Credit and development sections, 10 pesetas per year as a quote for each associate to contribute to the spending which next to the subsides, donations and profits constitute the Social Capital. The Control Board would be renovated every two years- except for the counsellor, which was assigned by the bishop and had the right of veto-, each associate had 1 vote and the agreement were decided by the mayority - Untill 1922.

Changes on the addres and the Bylaws. As appriciated on the documents, the headquarters are moved from Alfonso street of Pamplona to a place near the Ciudadela. Were it stayed until the 80s. Equally, the Bylaws were modified again.

25 April.
The Social Counsel of Navarre, named after the Spanish Republic on the 14th of April, removed Alejo Eleta from the Council of Caja Navarra (the navarre saving bank), who represented the Social Catholic Federation of Navarre, and who had been named by the bishop.

September. The law for the agrarian reform process. There is a lot of opposition in Navarre, specially from MP Rafael Aizpun, who appealed to the privileged laws of Navarre; Los fueros. That would be the main theme of the Assembly of that year.

Javier Martínez de Morentin, who had been president of the Federation -1924-29- leads the electoral list for the right wing, and ends up being elected as an MP.
30 July. The Navarre Federation of Assosiation of Land Owners is created, beeing named president of Uteco, Francisco Uranga, who in the later years would occupy for the longest time this position.
24 of September. The name is changed, with the Republican regime, in Spain, and the company loses the Catholic component after been aproved in the XXIII Assembly, celebrated in the Agrocial Federation of Navarre.

The Foral parlament, renames Alejo Aleta as the council in representation of the FASN.

1936
Spanish Civil War. It had always been said that FASN was an apolitical group, but as a matter of fact, their leaders were very involved politically.
1937-1942
There is a big argument between the new leaders of the Federation, and the regime because they are ordered to become a vertical organization, which dosen´t match the cooperative ideas, so they stay strong and don´t change a thing.
1949
Francisco Uranga, who had previously been the president of the Federation of Land Owners and that had been one of the founding fathers of <Falange> in Navarre, is elected president and it would last until 1975.
1956
September. The wine producers, Covina, starts of with 17 winecellars. In 1960 they already have 22 and they would export 73% of the production in 1962.
1957
Copeleche starts.

The golden anniversary was held in the Cathedral by the Archbishop, then there was another official act in the Gayarre theater with two ministers, José Solis, Secretary of the Movement and National Delegation of the Trade Unions spoke to an audience of one thousand people, afterwards, they all joined for a meal.

The creation of Conserna with 14 cooperative canning industries. They would export 31% in 1962
1966
The creation of plant for grape concentration from Covina.
1970
Conserna declares the suspension of payments and little after Covina, which also had financial problems, were absorbed by Uteco so they could supply the wine cellar.

Covina is decided to be sold.Covinasa is created for this matter. José María Landeris elected president. Uranga feels betrayed and so he says in the Assembly.
1979
Uteco declares bankruptcy, because of the opacity and the failure of Covina and Conserna. Its refunded, with new rules. Agropecuaria Navarra is created.

Diamond for 60 years. Are held in the Sport Center of Amaya, with out the presence of any nacional institution, in contrast with the plate and gold weddings, but it did had a conference by profesor José Alonso from UNED, and to conclude, there was massive dinner.
1994
AN, s.coop.Agropecuaria Navarra is created from the last bankruptcy, proving to be a reliable cooperative company, that has had very interesting profits. Also, the cooperative grows with the introduction of second degree cooperatives of outside of Navarre -Castilla y León, País Vasco, Aragón y La Rioja- Due to the geographic connotation, it's not a provincial cooperative anymore.

The An Group is created. Has developed a very important agroindustrial structure to transform the partner production, avoid commercial risk and give value to it.
